    Classic warm up
    impossible abs day 8: 3 elbow plank holds, 25 seconds each
    Arms of steel day 8: 4 minutes nonstop punches

      classic warm up
      35 lbs per hand, squats, 3 sets 12
      30 lbs per hand, bench presses, 3 sets 10
      30 lbs, one armed bent over rows, 3 sets 12
      30 lbs, seated two handed tricep extensions (French press, I think), 3 sets 12
      19 lbs per hand, standing bicep curls, 3 sets 10
      Situps, hands behind head, 3 sets 10

      impossible abs day 9: 3 sets 12 leg raises and 12 side bridges
      arms of steel day 9: 4 sets 20 shoulder taps

      sweating like a racehorse
      going for water now

        Classic warm up.
        impossible abs day 10: 3 30 second planks
        arms of steel day 10: 5 nonstop minutes punching
        3.06 miles on my bike to pick up a rental car, and 3.07 miles back after I returned it

          Today is day 565. My stomach is giving me grief for unknown reasons. At the first sign of abdominal cramping or leg trembling, everything I have scheduled for today's workout stops.

          classic warm up
          10 lbs per hand, dumbbell step ups using my flat bench, 3 sets 12 per leg
          35 lbs per hand, stiff legged deadlifts, 3 sets 12
          paused because leg was starting to shake, but only a little, also a tonsillolith came out on its own, God only knows why, I'm going to sit for a moment before continuing
          started shoulder presses with 10 lb weights but I"m still getting loud clicking from my right shoulder, so I am going to avoid these at least for now
          35 lbs, standing one-legged dumbbell calf raises, 3 sets 12
          15 lbs per hand, standing dumbbell shrugs, 3 sets 15, this motion does not cause clicking in the shoulders
          35 lbs per hand, dumbbell side bends, 3 sets 12 per side

          impossible abs day 11: 3 sets 12 leg raises, 3 sets 12 side bridges
          arms of steel day 11: 4 sets 20 shoulder taps

          fun fact, if you're like me, and you're sweating from all your available pores when you lie on your back to do the leg raises in impossible abs, the sweat will go right up your nose without a by your leave
          okay, that's not so much fun, but it is a fact
          I need to go clean up now

              More often than I care to think. My right tonsil is prone to developing them, it's just that the vast majority are willing to come out with very slight intervention on my part (I know for some people it's either targeted use of a WaterPik or a visit to a medical professional when it's time to remove tonsil stones). Having a physical activity cause me to do something with my throat that causes one of the dingdang things to pop out on its own is a weird experience.

              That said, today is day 566.

                Yesterday, the 11th, I did not feel great gut-wise. I did noy wamt to break my streak, though, so day 567 was

                64 punches
                64 overhead punches

                And I will resume today.

                  15 lbs per hand, standing hammer curls, 3 sets 15
                  15 lbs per hand, lying dumbbell triceps extensions from the mat, 3 sets 10
                  Leg raises again from the mat, 3 sets 10 this time

                    Today is day 569. I had my flu shot yesterday; my left arm is on the stiff side near the shoulder.

                        I generally don't listen to music when I have to Do A Thing so much as when I have to Get To A Point. If the exercise is 'do X of Y exercises' I need to concentrate on doing X. Listening to music will make me lose track eventually. If I have to Get To A Point, like Z minutes or Q number of floors or W miles, it's easier to get there if I have music of a reasonably inspirational pace to take at least part of my mind off the fact that I am not at the Point yet.

                        That being said, today is day 570.

                        32.5 lbs per hand, bench presses, 1 set 10
                        32.5 lbs, one armed bent over rows using the bench, 3 sets 12 per arm

                        19 lbs per hand, standing bicep curls, 3 sets 10
                        Situps, hands behind head, 3 sets 10

                            Yesterday was day 572. I had to work on my company's VPN connectivity to our DR site during lunch and opted to shift the full workout to the next day instead of doing weights and challenges at the end of the day.

                            But I still have a streak to maintain, so I did 64 punches, 64 overhead punches; it's token activity but it's at least something and it keeps the upper body aware that Things Will Be Required Of It.

                              15 lbs per hand, standing dumbbell shrugs, 3 sets 15, up the weight next time
                              35 lbs per hand, dumbbell side bends, 3 sets 12

                              impossible abs day 17: 3 sets 16 leg raises, 3 sets 16 side bridges
                              arms of steel day 17: 3 sets 24 shoulder taps
