    Yesterday, August 15, was day 540 of the streak. I did not get around to my weights, alas, but I did manage:

    128 punches
    128 overhead punches
    64 side leg lifts, right
    64 side leg lifts, left

    Today, August 14, was day 539. I spent most of midday trying to deal with the RMV and help someone get their ID renewed, so tomorrow is leg day. Today I did 64 punches, 64 overhead punches, and about .6 of a mile walking.

    Today is day 538. upper body.

    classic warm up
    40 lbs, one arm rows using the bench, 4 sets 10
    15 lbs/hand, standing shoulder presses, 2 sets 8, and then I stopped because I could both hear and feel my right shoulder joint clicking
    35 lbs/hand, seated dumbbell shrugs, 2 sets 15
    30 lbs/hand, bench presses, 3 sets 10, 1 set 7
    27 lbs/hand, floor presses, 2 sets 10
    27 lbs, renegade rows, 2 sets 16 (8 per arm) - I think lunch was trying to reflux
    22 lbs/hand, standing hammer curls, 2 sets 10

    Yesterday, August 12th, was day 537. Rest or cardio day. I had to run a DR test for my employers for the majority of the workday, so I went with rest and only did 64 punches, 64 overhead punches, and about half a mile of walking to and from a birdwatching spot.
