            today is day 279. due to Thanksgiving travel I was not able to get in much, just

              power row workout; since I am visiting family and inadvertently bought mismatched dumbbells to leave here last year, this was done with one 15 pounder and one 20 pounder. i used the 20 pounder alone for the renegade rows and goblet squats, and had 20 seconds rest or less between all sets and all exercises.

                    today is day 282. I have a multihour bus ride back to Boston ahead of me and do not know when I will arrive. today does not feel like a good day for intensity.

                          Today is day 285. Outside it is snowing and wet and cold and I want little more right now than a dish of microwave macaroni and cheese.

                          This took a total of twelve minutes, rest time on AoS included. I think I will be upping the leg lifts to 100/day soon.

                          Gainer. 24.5 for lunges. 34.5 for farmer's walk, calf raises. Attempted 19.5 for arnold presses. Just barely did it, nearly it failure at rep 8 of set 3. 22.5 for upright rows. 37.5 (10+5+3 on one end, 5+5+5 on the other, 3.5 for the bar, 0.5+0.5 for the nuts) pounds per arm for the deadlifts. My record weight for deadlifts is now 37.5 pounds per arm- 75 pounds/34 kg total.

                          No clue what lunch I have time for but mac and cheese isn't it.

                              It was more that I was at the office and didn’t have time to walk to the nearest CVS and buy anything. I wound up with vanilla Icelandic yogurt and iced coffee.

                              today was day 286. I had a performance evaluation scheduled for the afternoon today,so I scattered a few exercises through the dayrather than risk being all sweaty and smelly at my boss.

                              but I did 150 punches/day,52/100, and 100 overhead punches and 50 side leg lifts total.
