      today is day 262. as I am still without the weights I wanted I am going to try something other than Hardgainer or Power 20 today for upper body.

      started biceps xxl but no matter how slow I go there is no point to me doing that with 15 lb barbells, soscrew that, just doing epic arms for now even if it feels like cheating

          Today is day 264. Lunchtime got used up by having to work on rebuilding a computer for one of my users who had a hard drive failure, and tonight I am going to the movies straight after work, so today consisted of:

          Loaded the 32-pound neoprene barbell set plus display stand into backpack, wore 32+ pound backpack for .5 mile walk, also train and bus ride but I don't know if that counts
          150 punches/day, 30/100
          Carried the packaged and labeled barbell set to nearest Fedex dropoff point, sent it back to Dick's Sporting Goods

          Normal exercise will resume tomorrow but at least I got some of my daily stuff done along with unexpected resistance training

            Full body strength workout: The Gainer. 22.5 lbs for everything but the Arnold presses, which were dialed down to 17.5. 1 minute rest between exercises, so EC.

            Even at 22.5 farmer's walk feels a bit of a cheat.

                  hardgainer. 25 lbs per barbell on hammer curls, first two sets of upward rows. 22.5 on sets 3 and 4. 15 lbs per barbell for overhead presses, triceps extensions. 22.5 for bent over rows. 25 for deadlifts.

                  it is kind of amazing how much difference 2.5 pounds can make.

                          Worth noting, classic warm up through end of punches took 15 minutes; I will need to expand things a bit on active rest days, I think

                          Gainer. Started with 5+5+5+5+4.5 = 24.5 lbs per arm for lunges. Up to 30.5 per arm (an extra 3 lb plate on each side of each barbell) for farmers walk, calf raises. 17.5 for Arnold presses. 22.5 for upright rows. Back to 30.5 per arm for deadlifts.

                          Related, I tried the Dunkin Donuts impossible sausage patty sandwich today, albeit with no egg cos their eggs disturb me. The patty is about the same taste, texture, and consistency as a meat sausage patty, which is to say, ew. I don't mind the Impossible Meatball at the local veggie place but fakemeat or real, the sausage patties are just nasty. I'll get my protein elsewhere.

                              Big Back. 4 sets 12 pushups followed by 4 sets renegade rows, 20.5 lbs per dumbbell. 17.5 per dumbbell for shoulder presses, also triceps extensions. 30.5 per for the deadlifts. 7.5 for the lat raises.
