              power 25 workout. started with 17.5 per arm except the front raises, which were 11.5 lbs, and lat raises, 9.5 lbs. the 11.5 is actually too much for me to complete safely but I could not find my 10 lb barbells for whatever reason. Inwill bear this in mind next time.

                                I need to replace the 3 lb plate with a 5 lb next time, just to step up the difficulty.
