    50 side leg lifts,

    3:13 speedbag punches
    catalyst workout, 14.5 lbs per arm as it has been a while since I did serious weight work
    Power grip day 9, 1:20 clench unclench per arm; "Smooth Criminal" okay for this but would not recommend in future

      Today is day 212. I will be skipping Power Grip today because I inadvertently left the GripMaster device at work.

        I was thinking about you today as I was sweating into my eyes during my self-made HiiT plan. And, yesterday, when I was mowing the grass- ALSO sweating into my eyes, and running down my face like I was effing CRYING while mowing the grass!!!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚My stupid SCALP was even sweating, which is not unusual for me, but definitely irritating under a hat😀 I have to wear a hat during spin class just SO that I can continue to see as I mop constantly with my towel πŸ˜–

          Oh, ugh, I know that feeling. I got lucky last week; it wasn't warm enough for my eyes/scalp/ears to sweat during the Hub on Wheels. I would have had a hell of a time drying up all that with a helmet involved.

          Today is day 213. The Gripmaster is still at my office, so it will have to wait.

                Oh, yes. That's happened a few times! Usually on stair days. Sometimes during/after Cardio Punch.
