Had a dr. apt. today. Standard physical. Bp 120/72, pulse 74, weight 201-202 lbs, which is about ten pounds less than at my WTC Responder Health Registry examination last year.

In related news, today is day 121 in a streak of Consecutive Days On Which I Did Actual Exercise Even If All I Could Manage Was The Upper Body Tendon Strength Workout.

    Classic warm-up.
    Power Up day 18.
Hollow hold challenge day 7, 35 seconds.
    punch out! Day 21, 400 punches. Set 1, 200.
power 20. 22.5 lbs for everything except delt raises which were 10. Added 3 sets of 10 deadlifts at the end. I will definitely be upping to 24.5 lbs next time; it wasn't easy but it was not as hard, so it's time to upgrade.

      Today is day 122.

      Classic warm up.
Hollow hold challenge day 8, 35 seconds of Superman.
power ip day 19. Surprisingly hard on the non moving leg.
punch out! Day 22, 400 overhead punches. The motion exacerbated a sinus headache so I went with sets of 100. Well, 3 sets 100, one set 50, interrupted by stupid spam phone call that startled me, one set 50.
      Captain, level 2.

        Today is day 123.

        classic warm up.
hollow hold challenge day 9, 40 sec. did this twice as the first one was interrupted about 5 seconds from the end.
thirty sitting punches; I am looking at the boxer abs workout and would like to make sure I can do the individual elements at least once before launching into the whole thing.
        power up day 20.
punch out! Day 23, 420 punches. Two sets of 210. Lost count somewhere around 170 or 180 of set 2, may have started counting right-left as one; returned to normal counting but still felt a bit skewed.
Band It level 1. But with EC.

Epic arms. 24.5 lbs (11 kg) per arm. Reached muscle failure around rep 8 or 9 of set 4, just made it thru via willpower and moving slowly, so that's something.
Thirty sit-up punches- that is, 15 situps w/2 punches each
Three sets of thirty sitting punches each
hollow jhold challenge day 11: 45 seconds.

Today is day 126. Due to work and a veterinary appointment I was only able to do Punch Out! Day 26, 460 overhead punches, and hollow hold challenge day 12, 45 seconds of Superman.

              But I did, at least

attempted power up day 22. Could not maintain first leg hold for more than about 20 seconds. Will attempt again tomorrow.

Epic arms, but I am at home so I only had 15 pound weights. Way too easy.

Today is day 132. Due to timing issues I was not able to use my lunch break for exercise and will have to go grocery shopping after work, so I was only able to snatch a little workout time.

                            3 sets, 30 sit-up punches each.
3 sets, 30 seated punches each.

                              Classic warm up.
Power up day 22. Limited room for straight leg swings but did my best.
hollow hold challenge day 18, sixty seconds of Superman.
                              3x(30 sit-up punches, 30 sitting punches, 30 knee-in twists)

                              30 scissors
15 of what bodybuilding.com calls butt-ups- they resemble body saws but involve raising your butt and tightening your abs to follow rather than dipping towards the floor
Epic Arms with 24.5 lbs per arm, sweet baby ERIS that is a different experience from 15 lbs.
