Had a dr. apt. today. Standard physical. Bp 120/72, pulse 74, weight 201-202 lbs, which is about ten pounds less than at my WTC Responder Health Registry examination last year.
In related news, today is day 121 in a streak of Consecutive Days On Which I Did Actual Exercise Even If All I Could Manage Was The Upper Body Tendon Strength Workout.

Hollow hold challenge day 7, 35 seconds.
punch out! Day 21, 400 punches. Set 1, 200.
power 20. 22.5 lbs for everything except delt raises which were 10. Added 3 sets of 10 deadlifts at the end. I will definitely be upping to 24.5 lbs next time; it wasn't easy but it was not as hard, so it's time to upgrade.
