    Alright, let's see how long this will last

    Did Day 18 of FL today (only 3 sets/level I because those w-extensions are surprisingly killer -- especially considering my upper body strength is all but non-existent at this point) + 50 step jacks for the Love Story challenge.

    And then I went and shoveled the driveway, which I think should count as extra credit

      Day 19 of FL. 7 sets/lvl III today! + ~25 minutes of much-needed yoga/stretching for my shoulders, back, and feet

      ...and more snow shoveling. Not nearly as much as yesterday, thankfully

        Haven't been on the forums for a few days, but I have been keeping up with the program!

        Friday: FL Day 20 + the DD which I believe was 80 back kicks

        Saturday: FL Day 21 + a whole lot of walking

        Today: FL Day 22 + ~half an hour of yoga

            Unfortunately I fell behind a little bit this weekend (oops) but I was back at it tonight. Today was Day 27 of FL, even though it should've been 29, I think.

            I also went looking through the challenges, and I like the Touch Your Toes Challenge, so I've been working on that. Today was Day 6 and I'm feeling pretty good about it. I'm not there yet, but I feel like I'm getting at least a little closer

                      I'm not sure which program I'll do next, so for today I just did the Aurora workout, which was good, I enjoyed it. I'm also on Day 10 of the TYTC, and I had time for ~20 minutes of stretching/yoga too, which felt very nice

                            Still haven't picked a new program, so yesterday I did ~30 minutes of yoga + Day 11 of the TYTC. Today was Day 12 and I'm so close! If I lunge a bit farther than I should, I can touch my toes, but I want to get to the point where I can touch them for more than half a second

                            Every year my Dad's work has a curling night for their employees (+ friends & family), so I went to that tonight and did almost three hours of curling. Not the most intense workout, but I'm still tired after it. And as a bonus, it was pretty fun! ​​​​​​​
