That's wonderful that you're feeling a difference. You're doing great! Keep it up.

Interesting. I suffer from wrist pain from time to time, how does that work with L-sit practice?

The L-sit practice is pretty intense on the wrists. I have been looking at wrist strengthening exercises online before I move from supported (feet on the ground, hands on yoga blocks) to unsupported practice. I think I need to make wrist strengthening and stretching a regular part of my practice.

        Day 60: Daily Dare (w/EC); 13k steps; Day 23 of IronBorn; 4/5 challenges: L-sit practice (60 seconds).

Learning to spin a wooden staff can be great for wrist strengthening! Plus it's a great party trick.

That would be fun. I have limited space in my condo, so that may have to wait until the weather is nice enough to go outside.

Day 61: Daily Dare (w/EC); 15k steps; WOD (Level I) as a warmup; Days 24 & 25 of IronBorn because tomorrow is a very long day and I probably won't have time for anything but the challenges and maybe the Daily Dare; met all five challenges; finished the 50 Push-Ups a Day Challenge.

If I use my shorter staff (about chin height) I can do spins in my tiny bedroom you do have to be careful though so maybe it is a better summer activity, lol. Also, congrats on finishing the 50 push ups challenge!

My workout space is too narrow for a lot of things. I have to angle myself just right to use my light barbell and I worry about the mirrored closet door when I do. I've actually been thinking about swapping the position of the large bookcase and the bed, which would be one heck of a project to move but would give me a space wide enough for things like jumping rope or the staff workouts.

Day 64: Daily Dare (w/EC); 8k steps and it's still early here; WOD (Level I); Day 27 of IronBorn; 3/3 Challenges; L-sit practice (20:20, single leg elevated, 3x)

Day 65: Daily Dare (w/EC); 13k steps; WOD; Day 28 of IronBorn; added the 10,000 Punches Challenge; 4/4 Challenges; L-sit practice (60 sec); Upperbody Tendon Strength Workout.

Tomorrow I hit 50 Daily Dares and a few days later I hit 50 with extra credit as well as finishing IronBorn. I'm going to do a few weeks of random workouts before I redo IronBorn with heavier weights starting in May, alternating it with Cardio Go and doing Back & Core every day. I might tackle a themed week during my unstructured weeks, though I do have a three-day vendor fair where a friend is paying me to help them sell their glass art. Worried about fitting workouts into those long days.

I've also been thinking about doing some less structured workouts in between my programs, I'll be interested to hear how you like it!

I've been enjoying the WOD as a warmup, but if that was my only workout, I'd try to level up on that each day.

Day 66: Daily Dare (w/EC); 16k steps and I'm aiming for 30k before bedtime, trying to build endurance for race walking; WOD (Level III); Day 29 of IronBorn; 4/4 Challenges; no L-sit practice today because an old elbow injury is bothering me.

50 Daily Dares today! Proud of that. In four days I'll be able to check off the "50 Days with Extra Credit" and I'm super proud of that because I've really been pushing myself. Tomorrow I finish IronBorn. Feeling pretty good about myself. Seriously, I deal with the pain from my psoriatic arthritis every single day of my life, but I'm getting stronger and my back hurts so much less than it has in years. I can't wait for summer, it has been so long since I've been able to be really outdoorsy and athletic like I used to be.
