Day 50: Daily Dare (w/EC); 7k steps but it's still early here; WOD (Level I) as my warmup; Day 14 of IronBorn; met all four challenges. I have been pretty fatigued with my autoimmune disorder but still managing to get in my minimum workout each day. Pretty proud of that. Four days away from 30 consecutive days of fitness and I want to meet that goal so badly! Noticed during IronBorn today that my dumbbells are starting to feel light when they felt pretty heavy at the beginning.

Day 51: Daily Dare (w/EC); 19k steps; Day 15 of IronBorn; met all four challenges. Did 60 seconds of supported L-sit, day one of training myself to do that balance/strength move again. I used my yoga blocks and lifted myself with my feet still on the floor. No illusions that this is going to happen quickly, but I like a challenge. First day I've felt better since the latest flare-up. I am now three days away from 30 consecutive days of working out. Oh, and I stuck an unsupported handstand for the first time in probably a decade. Managed to impress my teenager, which isn't easy to do.

Day 52: Daily Dare (w/EC); over 15k steps; Stress Buster (3x because work was stressful today); WOD (Level 1); Day 16 of IronBorn; added the monthly challenge; completed all five challenges; more L-sit practice on the blocks, 20 seconds of supported L-sit alternating with 20 second rests for 60 total seconds of supported L-sit really focusing on form.
I was given a light (15 lb.) barbell and two 5 lb. plates by a friend. Thinking about redoing IronBorn once I finish this first round, adapting it to use just the bar as much as possible. Coworkers and friends are starting to notice changes to my body, which feels really good.

Thank you for the encouragement!

I've been using the Stress Buster regularly during my breaks at work, it's just enough to perk me up and shake off some stress if I do it a few times through. I end up jumping around back in the Environmental Science storage room at the back of the lab.
Day 58: Daily Dare (w/EC); 8k steps but it's still early here; WOD (Level I) as a warmup; Day 21 of IronBorn; met all five challenges; L-sit practice (60 sec).

Day 59: Daily Dare (w/EC); 15k steps; Stress Buster (3x); WOD (Level III); Day 22 of IronBorn; met all five challenges; L-sit practice (20:20, 3x); Wrist Pain Workout (not having pain, they're just tired and it seemed like a good idea). Looking ahead to my next programs and challenges. I am going to redo IronBorn, going up in weight, and alternate it with a cardio program (still deciding) and doing Back & Core each day. I have a few challenges ending this week, no idea what I'll take on next. I'm loving the obvious strength I'm building and the increased cardio functionality. I can really tell in my arms and legs. I have a pretty physical job and pieces of equipment that used to be heavy to move don't feel as heavy now.
