          One of my big goals for my health is improving my sleep. I just returned to work in-person part-time and the schedule change is wreaking havoc on my sleep while I adjust.

                                I've been having a pretty intense autoimmune flare so I've been restricted to walking and gentle yoga for several days. This is the first day that I felt strong enough to do more.
