    Day 12 completed on level 1. Today was abs and the up and down planks were hard.

      Day 13 completed on level 1. Due to work training today I ate my preworkout meal later than normal, but I felt far better during the workout so I may make the adjustment to my eating schedule and see if its true or if my body is just adapting to this program and is ready to progress.

        Day 14 completed on level 1. I’m really liking combat days. I’m getting the hang of fitting everything I want to get done each day in and still having time to relax which is a first for me. I’ve stuck with my healthy habits and I’m not feeling overwhelmed and I’ve noticed the positive change even with the habits that are more inner related.

          Day 15 completed, so halfway there. Today was a yoga day, so it was relaxing especially after a day of work training. The day was boring at work and I didn’t feel accomplished which effected my motivation after work and I decided to relax and not study today. I’m still way ahead of my instructor’s goals for this week and I can mentally recharge.

              Day 16 of Athena’s Playbook complete. Got two chapters done for my studying, so that actually made up for not doing anything yesterday. My work projects are getting wrapped up, so that’s a stressor that is being resolved.

                Day 17 complete. Split squats killed me. I got a lot done at work today and quite a bit of studying. Next week will be interesting since it will be the first time since I started my healthy habits that I’ll be away from home for an extended amount of time. I’m trying to prep everything so that I can succeed.

                  Day 18 complete on level 1. Cardio today and it about wiped me out. I’ve spent most of the day prepping for the work conference and making sure that I have healthy food and temptation fighters since I know there will be a lot of treats and sugary things there.

                    Day 19 complete. I hate the time jump in the spring. It is really killing me and tomorrow I have to travel for work to a conference that apparently the presenters have not researched how some people function and its just going to be constant movement and talking for 2 days.

                      Day 20 complete. I did better holding the plank for the whole time this go around. I didn’t have to drop until the last two positions, so that is an improvement. Making due at the work conference and have been able to make food choices that fit into my eating plan without to much stress.

                          Last week was my work conference and then I had a convention. I ended up walking about 10 miles per day, so I’m counting that as my exercise for those days. I was pretty good about sticking to my eating plan. Today I completed day 21 of Athena’s Playbook at level 1. The difference between turning kicks and hook kicks is alluding me, but I muddled my way through it.

                            Day 22 completed. The 5 minute raised arm hold was killer and I couldn’t keep my arms parallel, but I got through it.

                              Day 23 completed last week and Day 24 today. Weekends are not working right now, so I will have to re-evaluate how to set them up or if I want to do more relaxed workouts those days.

                                Day 25 completed. The workout felt good and challenging. I’m still working on how I want to handle weekends, since I have so much going on during them. I’m thinking of either doing Tai Chi or some light yoga or maybe a rotating schedule of a month of Tai Chi and than a month of yoga.
