        Thank you all for the badge day congratulations. Been doing Athena's Playbook and I can feel it. I'm probably going to stay on level 1 for a couple of weeks. Three dares done and today's with extra credit.

          Day 4 of Athena's Playbook completed. I did have to drop the plank twice, but otherwise I got through it. I am feeling this program far more than foundations, but I'm enjoying the challenge.

                Day 5 of Athena's complete on Level 1. I felt a little run down during the work out today. I think the next step will be to start working on my scheduling and priorities since so much is changing all at once for me right now. It has definitely been a year of change already.

                  Day 6 of Athena's complete. I was happy that today was a yoga day, so it felt relaxing.

                      When I feel like that, I always do another workout which tackles the same muscles as those of that day of the program. Maybe I don't finish the minimum sets, but I get the feeling I've given it all I had

                        EmChey I have been feeling run down and frustrated the last couple of days and the workout included punches, so I didn’t want to push the energy levels just to work out the aggression.
                        Day 8 is complete at Level 1 and I was back to the run down feeling.

                            Day 9 is complete at Level 1. The cardio is super challenging for me on this program. One of my big stressors will probably be gone in two weeks, so that is a ray of hope.

                              Day 10 is complete at Level 1, combat days are becoming my favorite ones. Today I started my Masters program and made a lot of progress (it’s work at your own pace). This first course is a lot of review, so I’m hoping to get as much done as I can over the weekend.

                                Day 11 is complete at level 1. I had a migraine today, so the work out was a little slow. Otherwise I felt good about it.
