    Back in the Race

    Hello,

    After training for and finishing a marathon last year I fell off the wagon big time by adding over 10 lbs. This year I'm starting to get back into the groove. I started with my diet and have that going decently (started my 3rd week today). My plan is to do the foundation work out, then move on to Athena's Playbook, and then Ironborn.

    Today I finished Foundation day 1 Level 2 and did the Dare.

    Good luck, I started with Foundation and have been moving through various workouts since.

            Thank you all for the warm welcome. I finished Foundation Day 2 on Level 2, my upper body is so weak definitely something I'll have to keep in mind as I do program planning going forward. Did the dare as well, man I miss the days of being able to do 5 minute wall sits no problem.

            My boss was at the site with me today and I forgot in the month I've been away how much she pressures people to eat what she does which is a bunch of processed junk. I survived and just went with her into the coffee shop.

              Foundation Day 3 on Level 2 is finished. Did the dare with extra credit.

              The workout today was rough probably due to the sitting for 10 hours at work, so going forward I'm going to put a reminder on my phone to get up and walk every hour.

                  Day 4 of Foundation complete on Level 2 and Dare complete with extra credit. Did good on walking every hour really the only time I missed was when I was sitting in traffic during the commute. My legs felt far better since I was moving.

                    Day 5 of Foundation complete on Level 2 and dare complete. I'm back in the office this week so walking is a lot easier and I did 1.5 miles today. I'm feeling really good during the workouts, so next week I might move up to level 3.

                      Migraine today, but still got the workout done. Day 6 of Foundation complete on Level 2 and dare complete with extra credit.

                        Today was meal prep day, so had some down time while the slow cooker worked. Day 7 of Foundation complete on Level 2 and dare complete with extra credit. Again my upper body strength is showing how weak it really is. I could have kept going with lower body, but the upper really ended it.

                          Did Day 8 on Level 3. My left side is weaker than the right, which I already knew due to the running and my left leg freezing up.

                            Day 9 on Level 3 done. Dare with EC done. Noticed my arms got tired before my heart rate went up on most of the sets.
