That's the best reason! :-D And I'm amazed by all the punches you're doing inbetween - I thought I'd be happy if I manage more than 1000 by the end of the workday... (but now I definitely need to step up my game a bit!)

Knirin - funnily enough, before I reread today I was counting a jab+cross as 1 point, so realising I got it wrong and actually jab+cross = 2 points has made it a lot easier for me. I can get 200 done in a very short time, sometimes before the kettle has even boiled or tea brewed enough

Plus it's good training for when I need to knock out 1500 in one go

Well it's a decent way to earn your cake!

          I think so too Scott

Last night was a 40 min run, I was supervising a certain pace so it was only 7km total for me.
1500 punches, 50 Burpees, 1500 punches. Walk to work. Daily Dare with EC managed 440 punches.

Today is a rest day so I'll be taking time after work to just rearrange my living room for when the programs start Monday. Lots of running, on & off road, this weekend

Not much doing exercise way today, arms are being rested.
I'm rearranging my living room to arrange more floor space as my burpees have been a bit crowded and with program starting tomorrow morning I want a clearer space to walk into.
Also have chucked a stew into my slow cooker so will have that ready for this evening. Haggis and veg and already smelling good. Not unhealthy either

It can get a bit confining, although more floor space will give my cat more space to not get kicked by me too!
Unfotunately as much as I'd like to get to the gym before work it'd just mean an even earlier wake up than I already have planned!

I now havemore than enough space for burpees, other db workouts and for my cat to sit and watch me sweat too Moving sofas was definitely felt in my arms!

Will be filling out my workout log book and updating here in the afternoons after each Iron Born workout

You mean the cat has plenty of space and chooses to let their human carer have enough space to do this weird thing called exercise inbetween refilling my food bowl and giving cuddles lol..

                      Tell me I'm wrong lol.

Scott Thankfully the cat knows better She tried to get into the space whilst I was working out... then avoided me for the rest of the time because my feet got too close

Scott Lyra_H_W . The cat hasn't tried to "help" me exercise, yet. But, with the "cow pose" part of the back & core exercises yesterday, the dog thought my body made a great bridge for him to scratch himself under!

This morning I got up on time, feeling well rested after another night of getting to bed on time, completed another 30 burpees before completing Genesis Level 2 (only 1 min rest between sets). As much as I'd like to get back to 50 burpees I just can't fit that last 20 in until I get faster at them.

For these two mornings I have managed to get up, work out, have breakfast at home (as opposed to fitting in time for it at work), and get ready for work without feeling rushed and then tired when I get into the office. I hope this continues

Caesg - I can imagine if I had a dog I'd have a few more problems working out at home!
