    A New Beginning.

    Hello there,
    İ'm starting a new page, i had been around 140-150 kg's from 2009 to 2014. Had lost weight from 2015 to 2017 saw my self at 94 kg's at a point. At this point had a left knee injury which stopped me from doing gym/swimming/ dancing / darebee programs back then and i lost my will due to not being able to do anything and lost my self in the world of unhealthy eating.
    Now finally after my knee injury healed, i'm finally beginning again at the age of 33 from a weight i have no idea about (scales' are giving error's after 150kg's) İ'm at 184cm's height, gonna start with foundation light first and when i'm done with it probably gonna switch to foundation program in the mornings as a kickstarter for the day. Also planning gym in the evenings.with 3 weight/ 2 cardio programs over 5 days. Cardio's between weight exercises. Going to start weight in a fat working type of program with light weights and more repetitions.
    So that's it. İt's great to be back. İ have a very long way in front of me which requires an unending will and endurance wish me luck and keep up your support.and i would like to wish all of you a great year full of whatever you wish.

    New program

    Foundation light on lvl 1
    Day 1 completed at 01.00 pm.
    Went dancing at 6 pm until 8 pm,
    Did some walking ( 30 mins) around the neighbourhood)
    count of days that i ate healthy 1 so far ^^

      Theodmon Welcome to the Hive buddy! Definitely a good plan you've got going. People don't realise how much they sweat when they dance (10 minutes in I'm like a waterfall lol) it is immense! Looking awesome on the first day buddy keep up the great work

            As it turns out it takes a lot of time to get in a program i even forgot to upload the progress last couple of days ^^
