So here goes i'm going to try and keep a log, i've tried to do so numerous times over many sites and i just suck at sticking with anything nonetheless time to kid myself i'm going to stick with it this time lol 
I've been doing the walking to running program on darebee and currently am on day 6 which i will complete in the next couple of hours.
Currently weighing 185 lbs 5ft9, extremely unfit been doing taekwondo for a few months but having a month to 6 weeks off due to elbow injury during sparring.
Some goals and observations so far:
Goal for January 20th (week): 183lbs or lighter.
Goal for February 13th (month): be able to run comfortably for 5 minutes.
Observations:
Day 4 of walk to run sucked really struggled to run for 2 minutes asked for advice will try to slow down and go for time rather than distance.
I always lack motivation so i'm working on routine e.g put kids to bed have a drink go for a run.
Eating roughly 1800 calories give or take 100
And thats all for now i'll report on my run later, have a good evening all.
