    One of Ye Olde Bad Days (of legend and hated recall) yesterday.

    (This is all in semi-jest. I'm fine. Nothing serious. Asterisk.)

    Just DD with EC.

    And, because INTO EVERY LIFE A LITTLE PUNCHES MUST FALL

    100 punches.

    Hoping for better - and some weights - today!

              I did have a much better day yesterday.

              DD with EC. 30 leg raises.
              1 Al Kavadlo 5 by 5 for beginners.
              1 Colin Weight Set.

              A P Chapter 38. 10 sets of a combat moves, high knees, jumps and climbers circuit. Very nice.

              I'll try to do the same today, and maybe I'll have time on Sunday for a Scott Weight Set!

                    I believe it's this one Scott, unless Colin's made any changes to it.

                    I've worked out a sort of weights circuit and did one round of that yesterday. It's 10 reps each of calf raises, bicep curls, bent over rows, shoulder presses, squats, chest presses, and five reps of tricep extensions and lateral raises.
