Things that happened last year:
--I did 365 days of workouts.
--I figured out that trying to follow a weekly schedule really doesn't work that well for me.
--I came out as trans-masculine.
Goals from now on:
--Workouts daily, minimum ten minutes. Equal amounts of meditation.
--Always have at least one program going on here, or else one challenge if I get bored of programs.
--If feasible, start testosterone this year. If not, keep working toward that goal.
