    One Year Done

    Things that happened last year:
--I did 365 days of workouts.
--I figured out that trying to follow a weekly schedule really doesn't work that well for me.
    --I came out as trans-masculine.

    Goals from now on:
--Workouts daily, minimum ten minutes. Equal amounts of meditation.
--Always have at least one program going on here, or else one challenge if I get bored of programs.
--If feasible, start testosterone this year. If not, keep working toward that goal.

First day of 2019: starting both the Foundation and Back & Core programs. Day One of each today, and eleven minutes of meditation.

        noname Thanks, you too!

Both programs again today, Day Two. Meditation for a few minutes at a time throughout the day, which worked pretty well, but I think I prefer larger chunks. But hey, experimentation is useful.

Only Back & Core today, because yay for the residual soreness from the allergic reaction last week (aka why do potatoes torture me so, hiding in cheese platters where I never expect them?). But also plenty of balance work -- spent the day dancing to folk music for the sake of it, because why not. Meditation was 13 minutes guided.

Honest effort on both programs tonight; side planks of any sort still give me trouble because of my weird ankle, so Back & Core was a struggle at times. Not all the reps, but enough trying the reps to realize it wasn't happening. Eleven minutes meditating.

Both programs done tonight! Gotta love it when it actually happens as intended for once.

Ended up having to do Upperbody Stretch tonight -- whatever sickness I had a few weeks ago is fighting to come back. The trouble of horrible lungs after too much sickness when I was a tiny child, along with the recent allergic reaction. Ah, well. I'll give it a day or two to solve itself before I worry at all.

Breathing improved, exhaustion set in. Arms & Shoulders Stretch with extra rest, and an earlier bedtime for me.

Almost over the exhaustion phase of whatever it was that decided to happen. Rainmaker, tiny bit of extra rest.

Arms & Chest tonight -- not pushing it until I'm fully recovered.

Shoulders Stretch tonight. Almost back to my kind of normal -- probably tomorrow.

Day 5 of Foundation! Some progress, what a miracle. Probably back to both programs tomorrow.

Day 6 of both programs -- finally starting to get back on track, and it feels good.
