        Before Lunch:

        - Run 1 km + 10 burpees X 6. When I finished my first set, an older gent yelled at me if “that was all I had?” I told him this was just the start of my workout, lots more burpees to com. He then told me he use do lots of burpees in training. It turned out he had been on the Canadian Olympic Team, (by his age I assume the 1960s or 70s). He told me their coach made him & his team mates lots of burpees, because it was such an all around workout - strength, ROM, cardio, plus lots of pull-ups. I really enjoyed our chat about body weight exercises & working out outside. Funny, isn’t it, the more things change, the more they stay the same.
        - After 7th. Km the humidity did me in, no more burpees
        - Walk - 3 km.
