Before Lunch:
- Run - easy pace - 6 km. By this time I had been without sleep for 26 hours. The pace was really easy, by balance was off due to fatigue but it did feel good.
- Walk - cool down

- Meditation
Before Bed:
- Yoga - Runners
- Stretching
- Counting Victory Challenge
