    TU AL 26: I’m feeling better, strong enough to exercise.
    Before Breakfast:
    - Daily Gratitude
    - Walk - inside Toronto Airport. From gate to barrage carousel (0548 hrs.)

    Before Lunch:
    - Run - easy pace - 6 km. By this time I had been without sleep for 26 hours. The pace was really easy, by balance was off due to fatigue but it did feel good.
    - Walk - cool down

    Before Dinner:
    - Meditation

    Before Bed:
    - Yoga - Runners
    - Stretching
    - Counting Victory Challenge

      - The Right Side Workout

      Before Dinner:
      - Walk - 4 km
      - Pull-ups - pyramid style - 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 = 24. YTD: 492
      - Tricep Chair Dips - 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 = 24. If I do this again, I think I would double the dips to pull-ups, (2 X the dips to the pull-ups)

                          For a number of unexpected reasons a pretty light training day. I did accumulate 4.25 km

                            Before Lunch:
                            - Long Slow Run - 12 km. A persona best. I ran at a 9:59/km pace. I finished the run this feeling strong
                            - walk - cool down. In 5 minutes my Heart Beat dropped 20 bpm. I was happy to see a quick recovery, I hope that mean my heart is in good shape

                            Before Dinner:
                            - Yoga - For Runners
                            - Mediation
