Yard work - lifted a number of sand bags, each weighing 55 lb & bags of pea gravel each 55 lb.
Walk over 11,000 steps.
End of the First Quarter. I have been doing well with exercise. Nutrition has been a little bit less successful, but still working on this.
I am feeling very confident that 2019 is my year to be successful!
