                              Pull-Ups - tried to finish the 30 day challenge. No luck first set was only 5. I'm going backwards. I've decided the issue may be psychological, so I am going to forget completing this for now. I will continue my training & adding some of the other DAREBEE workouts that incorporate pull-ups & chin-ups.
                              Walk - 4.0 km. Easy pace after dinner.
