Week 1 Day 6: Global Warrior 3 sets, 1 minute rest

That was not great. Those Squat Hold Punches really drained me. Maybe I should find an alternative for saturday too. I´ll look around a bit.
I just have to go on my walk today and my first week is done

What if you modified the squat hold punches to half-squat hold punches?

Last week I didn´t do anything. We´re having a heatwave right now and I can´t handle the heat. We had to work overtime every single day because the boss started 6 projects that had to be done before the whole company goes on vacation for two weeks. The best parts were the special assignments on our company yard, like mowing the bosses yard or organizing the shelves or other crap like that. Who gives a **** about the shelves when nobody is working for two weeks? And instead of that those guys who have to work at the firm go out and work on the construction sites he started, so they can actually earn money for the firm, nope. Our most expensive workers stay at our yard and sweep the floors in our warehouse.

        Rant over. Back on topic.

Week 2 Day 1: Stay Sane, 7 sets, 60 seconds rest.

Now that I´m on vacation I can get my workouts done before it´s 38°C outside. And 38 outside means 50 inside because I live directly under the roof and my room has three big windows looking southeast, so the sun shines directly into my room. And that the whole friggin day. Without my fan, aka my best friend in the whole wide world right now, I would´ve died last week. Cooked alive in my room. Not exactly the way I want to go out

I feel you dude. For as far north as I am, our heat wave is around 20-21 degrees celcius, but it's still a heat wave and can get up to 32 C in my apartment. I have two little fans in my room. One by my bed and one on my desk.

Week 2 Day 2: Chest and Back, 5 sets, 60 seconds rest

Forgot to write that down yesterday.

            Day 3: Refresh, done

It´s still so bloody hot here. Can´t really enjoy my vacation when I´m sweating like a pig 24/7. Still better than working in such a heat, I suppose

Brontus 20°C? That´s exactly the upper end of my "temperature comfort zone". Anything above that starts to get unbearable pretty fast. And you have two fans? Lucky guy...

              Week 2 Day 4: Stopgap 3 sets, 60 seconds

How can this one be so much harder than Stay Sane? Barely made it through 3 sets before my shoulders refused to continue and went on strike.

Last week was Lumberjack Week. Everyday I went into the woods with my dad and chopped down trees. Every single day. I´m beat. Arms hurt, back hurts, shoulders hurt and I have a cramp in my right calf since friday.

                  That's a good workout...chopping down trees.

                    I hope you're feeling better!

After being AWOL for about a month I´m finally back. I really need to break that habit I have now. Immediatly after I come home from work I change out of my work clothes into my home clothes, turn on my PC and start up a game or Netflix or something. I need to put that on hold at least long enough to get my workout done...

Anyway: Stopgap, 4 sets, 60 seconds rest

I still need to do something about my shoulders. My shoulder stamina (is there such a thing?) is extremely low for someone who shovels, hammers and lugs around heavy stuff all day.

Stay Sane: 4 Sets, 60 seconds rest

The world is small. Today was my first day with our new apprentice, who lives with a flatmate. And he talked a bit about said flatmate. And I realized that he was living with a good friend of mine I haven´t seen in years

Chest and Back Light: 5 sets, 60 seconds rest

I know the workout says "repeat three times". I chose to ignore that. Just think of it as "Chest and Back Medium" instead. Even though that sounds like something you could order at a fancy steak house. At least I think so, never been to such a place. Way to fancy (and waaaaaaay to expensive) for me.

I´m back. I feel like a bad boomerang. I always come back, even though it may take some time. I´m sure the australian who threw me got bored quickly and decided to wrestle a shark or a crocodile. Or started a brawl with some kangaroos. Mental note: should´ve dropped the boomerang joke

I started working out again saturday, mostly because I was bored of Assassins Creed Valhalla. The reason I disappeared was, simply put, work. Bossman has us working from dawn till dusk, literally. Just because he has no idea how to run a company and took boatloads of contracts that have to be finished this year. Which wouldn´t even be possible if we had twice as much workers... It´s gotten so bad I dream of work. And yes. Our last work day this year will be the 23. of December. It´s weird. I can´t wait for my boss to completely tank it and sink the company even though I´d be sad that my coworkers would be unemployed then.

Been doing Stay Sane three days in a row. 5 sets, 30 seconds rest. Additionally I started the Agility challenge today. Day one: done. Though my right heel hurts like hell.
