168.6 lbs (finally broke under 170)
Marathon Training Day 11:
It was raining hard yesterday so I didn't do my run. Since it was just an easy recovery run day missed I went on to the next day.

I must 've been doing an incorrect pushup before. As my abs feel fine today.
Marathon Training Day 9:
40 min run - 5.08 miles (just under 8 min/mile)
Very happy with my time.
Although I could feel myself slow down the last 6 minutes or so.

(I'd like to imagine my slow down in weight loss is due to muscle training. I can dream can't I?)
Sunday's are also tough for me to get a workout in.
Marathon Training Day 8:
Upper body (Gravity) - Level 1
I think the soreness in my lower abs is from an incorrect form in my push ups (hands too far foreward). We'll see tomorrow.

Fridays are usually a wash for me due to work.
Marathon Training Day 7:
1hr 10min run - 7.34 mi
It really has been too long since I've been running. The last mile was killer and I trudged the last 4 minutes, but, I made it.

Marathon Training Day 4:
Can feel the two days of runs in my hamstrings a bit.
Full Body Workout (Rouge): Level 1
Since I'm going to be running a lot, I'm focusing my non running days on upper body and core. I was thinking I was going to make level 2 in this until my second set. Getting back into daily work outs was much needed.

173.8lbs (gave into my craving for pizza)
Marathon Training Day 3:
Can still feel a tiny bit of soreness in my lower abs.
30 min recovery run - 3.64 mi
I swear I ran at what felt like an easy jog. I broke a sweat, but not heavily. It's either because my body's jumping back into my old running routine (8 to 10 miles 3x's a week), having that pizza juiced me up with carbs for the first time in 3 months or I wasn't hungover. Maybe a combination of all three.

Marathon Training Day 2:
I can feel yesterday's training in my triceps and lower abs, oddly enough.
30 min run - 3.17 miles
Need to get my speed back up, but I met a nice fat puppers named Quin on my walk back. So, small karma reward for running.

Hunter's Journey
Getting back on the wagon after a few years gone. I've already lost 12lbs just doing a low carb Paleo/Warrior's fast (one late meal day with < 400 calories meat/veg during the day).
So now, I'm trying to get my running back up. I'm up to a 5K. So jumping into the marathon training.
Weight: 173.2 lbs
Marathon Training 1:
Upperbody (Gravity): Level 1 (with 12lb vest and 2 1lb arm bands)
Who knew pushups could wear you out so quickly? Def need to get my strength training up to par with my cardio.Tags: None
