Getting back on the wagon after a few years gone. I've already lost 12lbs just doing a low carb Paleo/Warrior's fast (one late meal day with < 400 calories meat/veg during the day).
So now, I'm trying to get my running back up. I'm up to a 5K. So jumping into the marathon training.
Weight: 173.2 lbs
Marathon Training 1:
Upperbody (Gravity): Level 1 (with 12lb vest and 2 1lb arm bands)
Who knew pushups could wear you out so quickly? Def need to get my strength training up to par with my cardio.
