Day 16: Balance. Probably didn't need to skip yesterday, probably could have done that.
Ah well. Good workout today - simple, but not easy.

Day 17: Practice. Not bad, not bad. Seems like it's ramping back up. Maybe tomorrow or the next day it will be back to redefining my limits.
Found another good audiobook: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMZGokpTqPU The Godling Chronicles. Sort of a coming of age story in a fantasy universe.

Day 19: Endurance level 1 complete! Five sets, no breaks. That, in and of itself, is proof of progress.

Day 20: Stretching. That was relaxing, after a long day.

BlackButler Thanks bruv! We all get there one day at a time.
Today's workout is another practice day...boy does that look like a tall order. Got it done, and feeling accomplished.
Not quite Throwback Thursday yet but https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TtV-0PwmTs Hoa #400 has some good tunes from years ago.

Day 23: Fists of Fury. Another limit-pusher. Pretty well spent after five sets, feeling slightly sore but accomplished.

Day 24 workout in the codex. Another balance 'rest' day. Bit of a relief, actually.
Tried something a little different - using a mindful breathing exercise to time the kicks. Two breaths per rep, so inhale & bring the knee up, exhale and extend the leg into the kick. Inhale, bringing the knee back slowly and exhale bringing the foot back to the ground. It'd probably be easier to explain clearly if I knew more names/terms, but close enough. Kept it slow and deliberate, which was the goal.

Haven't done today's workout yet. Came across the 'go to bed on time challenge' and I'm in. Really, getting back on a consistent sleep schedule is probably the most beneficial lifestyle change I can make at this point. Time to just do it. Printed out the PDF to hang up on the wall, and I'll start updating this thread with success/fail on the GBOT. On time for me will be defined as midnight for right now, as I'm mostly working second shift currently.

Day 26: Speed training. Another day, another workout. Sort of middling intensity, compared to the program so far.
0/1 nights successful GBOT challenge. Ah well, just gotta keep trying.

Day 27 Challenge: 3k punches. Done as 3x sets of 1,000 each. Nice little endurance run

1/2 on the GBOT, and hello Lyra! It's so easy to start 'just one more thing', isn't it? Seems like this challenge will highlight other habits that impede good sleep.
