        Day 29 APB done. Day 7 Ninja challenge done 30s. Dd+ec done. I’m down 5lbs since I start. I’m seeing results. And after tomorrow’s workout I will have completed my first program.

                              Day 14 & 15 Ninja challenge (1min ea) ✅

                              Goals: Get my body back, be healthy. Get weight back to 145lbs. Current weight: 154.6lbs. It was 159
                              August 2, 2018. It’s really taking some time to get the weight off this time around.
