Day 4 HIIT level 1 ✅
dd + ec ✅ (title read 50 scorpion kicks, instructions said 40... I did 50 🤔)
Day 14 & 15 Ninja challenge (1min ea) ✅
Goals: Get my body back, be healthy. Get weight back to 145lbs. Current weight: 154.6lbs. It was 159
August 2, 2018. It’s really taking some time to get the weight off this time around.
