    Good evening all,
    done my arms and back this morning and it’s like a week of personal best managed to complete all 12 reps of the 4 sets where usually by the last 3 I need to drop it down to 8 reps.

    I am going to start to look at different exercises and see what I can achieve this year.

      Good evening all,

      Done leg day today and done all ok just a bit concerned about my knee aching a bit but then I do work in a plumb mercent where there is a lot of heavy lifting and I could of twisted my knee slightly will have to see how that goes as now have 2 days rest then got legs again Monday, will start to look at my next set of workouts and not sure what to do as there is loads to look at, street fighter is definitely on the list.

        Street fighter is good to get the hang of the basic moves. It doesn't have complicated combos, but it allows you to focus on form, which is always good.

          Redline yeah that was what I was thinking then I can move on from there, can’t quite decide what is my next leg one or I stick with what I am doing

            Hello everyone,

            done leg leg day today and It went well I felt really good after it that lasted for ages, got combat tomorrow and again hopefully going for 15 minutes none stop then doing 2 mins rest then doing another 5.

              Hi all,

              done combat this morning was a bit gutted as only managed 10mins where I was aiming for 15mins 2 mins rest then another 5 but I woke up absolutely shattered so had no energy to go and do that, rest day tomorrow then abs and upper body the last 2 days.

              Still looking for a pdf or ebook that has a list of dumbbell exercises to do my enigmatic gamble but rename it the Raven call.

                Evening all,

                Done my abs this morning and it went alright struggled with the last set of sit ups so done 30 crunches instead, also had to warmup twice as it was quite cold in the conservatory where I do my workout need to get my ass in gear to sort out my own version of Jeff Hardys enigmatic gamble thinking of randomly pick some of the upper body dumbbell workouts here.

                  Done my upper body today brute arms and back, completed all reps again and didn’t feel too bad properly regret it a bit later as my abs are aching a tiny bit from yesterday am definitely looking forward to trying my own version of enigmatic gamble that I have thirght off just need a name for it any ideas let me know and also if it is successful if anyone wants it let me know, keep
                  an eye here as well post as much about it as I can the days I do it have a good weekend all

                    Hi guys,

                    rest days at the moment back at it on Monday and I am starting my new workout that is based on the YouTube video I watched but my own version so can anyone help
                    me name it Jeff calls it the enigmatic gamble but obviously this is my own version using dumbbells.

                    One name I am thinking of is The Raven Call but any other ideas let me know

                    also what is the way you want me to try and explain that workout when I do it?

                        Hello all,
                        (It’s my 90th post)

                        Done my first ever enigmatic gamble workout today or as it will be now be known as here “The Ravens Call”

                        The dice was ok too me today got Lateral Rises, Tricep Extenstions twice, Chest Rows, Bent over Rows and Shoulder Press, And the reps came in at:

                        Latreral Rises 6, 9, 4, 5
                        First load of tricep extension 9, 7, 9, 2
                        Chest Rows 8, 3, 7, 6
                        Second load of tricep Extension 5, 4, 3, 6
                        Bent over Rows 11, 6, 3, 6
                        Shoulder Press 5, 8, 8, 5

                        enjoyed it as never know what is going to come up do need to increase my weight as did find them easy but also done 30secs rest after each set but might change that to 20secs rest and also roll 3 dice for the amount of reps if I stick with 2 dice if I get a double 1 next set will be to failure.

                        What do you all think of that?

                          Done my first Street Fighter combat this morning and done 5sets, as this is my first time of doing street fighter I took my time when doing it, Street fighter definitely know how to make you sweat but sure felt good afterwards!

                            Raven1s looking awesome buddy keep up the great work. For a dumbbell workout I would suggest doing man makers. This involves 2 dumbbells and the combo is as follows: Push Up / Renegade Row Left / Renegade Row Right / Squat with DB / Thrust into Shoulder Press. Its nasty but its a great workout

                                Evening all,

                                done my first ab attack workout this morning and thoroughly enjoyed it, got blade runner tomorrow morning and that has some ab workouts in it so will add to what I done today will probably ache from today that I done, on another note am definitely getting stronger as yesterday just picked up a 35kg boiler like it was a toy lol
