    <Day 24>

    I did the Airplane Workout (just for being sitting for too long, no I was not in an airplane ) and Sitting Fix in the beggining of the afternoon. I will start doing some wellness / stretching workouts when possible.
    For the programs I did some light warmup.

    Walk: no

    Programs:
    Foundation Light Day 24 - Stretching Lvl 1 [24/30]

    TOTALS Day 24 [24/30]

    Challenges:
    30 Days of Fitness [24]

    Water:
    4L

    So, I'm thinking about trying the Modern Hero Mealplan for the rest of the month and to drink no soda + less sugar and see if I can keep doing it...
    As today I already had the meals I'll start tomorrow. Let's see how I go for the rest of the week, maybe I change the mealplan but let's give it a try. Almost there!
    I'm feeling better with my body already, just need to fix some back problems and keep going!~

      Started with Classic Warmup and finished with Neck Workout.

      No karate and no Jiu-Jitsu today, I'm in tests week in the college >_>
      I kinda failed the Modern Hero Mealplan today, but went a lil' more better with my lunch and dinner, less sugar and no soda already!

          Feeling ultra good!!! First day that I felt my body better
          No warmup today cuz TOTALS was jumping jacks... I finish with Reset Stretch today.

          Walk: 1.1 Km (Just putting here to say that I`ve walked a bit, went around town to resolve some stuff, I live in the center of the city, everything is near here)

          Programs:
          Foundation Light Day 26 Fast Pace Cardio - Lvl 1 [26/30]

          TOTALS Day 26 [26/30] < easiest day ever, did almost everything in one go.

          Challenges:
          30 Days of Fitness [26]

          Water:
          4L

          DD: 100 Side Kicks w/ E.C. [09 DD; 09 EC]

          No jiu jitsu today cuz I'm at home, didn't had tests today

                    I spent almost all of my day in the Buddhist Temple, we got the visit from a Monk from SP capital, it was very nice but I was so anxious to get home and finish the exercises to get my new badges
                    Started with the fullbody warmup from Karate then did the programs, when I finished I did Knee Workout, I'm thinking about doing this at least 2 times in the week, always had some problems with my knees.
                    Well I did it! 30 days seems like nothing, so fast omg

                                THANK YOU ALL <3 But the path continues and we must proceed.

                                OCTOBER START!


                                I'll try to keep going more to the jiu jitsu & swimming classes, also time to start new programs & challenges:
                                Jiu Jitsu (Mon-Tue-Wed <if/when possible>)
                                Swimming (Thursday if no rainning or bad weather, I hope not, it was plan for september but dam bad luck)

                                POSTURE CHALLENGE

                                Will keep trying to control my mouth and maybe introduce the Modern Hero Mealplan, as I feel I need to progress a bit till I can manage it right. The focus will continue to be exercising everyday, do the programs, the challenges and keep going. I dont know if I'll be able to get back on the karate classes, got some problems with my agenda. I'll see... Also I'll try to meditate some days.
