            COMMENT
            I am very proud, that I did 9 of 10 days of bike commute, that's a PR for me. And my legs are adapting, that is a very good feeling. But the legs and calves needed a rolling….

            L-sit is also kind of a PR, cause I never did them on the little blocks before, but it is the nearest to the ground I did so far…

            I forgot to mention our sports day in school yesterday. The pupils did a 800m run and I took the job of getting to the finish line last and bring the pupils with me, who got left a little bit behind.

            And we did a teacher 50m sprint, I finished tied at first place, the judges/pupils were not sure who won…
