                                PowerWalk is done… a month ago I wasn't sure I could do it, but I did… and today was the easiest of all days. Maybe cause I knew I do not have to march at least for a few days. Next lower body challenge will be the [flexibility] challenge.

                                Started to count calories, but my wife decided to make bean/walnut burgers, and I ate two of them.

                                1st problem: she won’t count all of the ingredients
                                2nd problem: they are too tasty, to be low calorie. At least they are no sweets…

                                Need some nutrition advice:

                                I am at 90kg and wanna go down to 85kg ans try to maintain muscle mass with enough carbs as possible..

                                -0,5kg a week would give me 2250kcal

                                What do you think about a macro ratio of:
                                45% carbs (246g)
                                35% fat (84g)
                                20% protein (109g)
