    As IF is a regular thing for me now I need a new nutrition commitment: I will try #rearrange calories a bit more, also on weekends, goal is one sweets serving a day at sat and sun (punishment → 20 burpees per additional seving) During the week I will also try to have a look at my meal sizes, until I get to a steady -0,5kg/week until 85kg.
    Another new commitment will be #balance/stability. Time to play around…(handstand, one leg, somersaults on the ground…)

                          My legs are tired... GET STRONG is getting harder, at least for my legs... I took still less rest time yesterday... so next week I will probably increase rest... I also upped the reps for chinups to 3 times 4 instead of 3...elbow are still good...
