Pull Up Bar is ready to train. I had to do a bit more stability construction than expected to prevent the plank from bending.
    Now it is "rocksteady".

That's awesome. I'm still having trouble with my suspension jungle gym straps and the door...

Your house has just become my inner child's plaything... Note, my inner child was MUCH lighter than the adult counterpart, but still... I feel inspired!

The attic is literally the kids playground (and mine ), sometimes a guestroom, too.

My attic is literally a crawlspace full of fiberglass insulation. HAHAHA! I like it when people take the time to create a space for kids to be kids.

Congratulations on the pull-up bar! The support on the back-side was constructive thinking. Are the kids playing with the pull-up-bar and the climbing holds as well?

Thx. They are using the rings to hang and swing, the little one (11month) used old playground rings for the first time these days (he wanted the regular rings, but his hands are way to small) and the big one (2 1/2 years) wants to hang on the bar orthe grips sometimes. He tried a ring pull up two days ago after, I did some on the bar.
The big one went already to the boulder and climbing gym with us, and he had a lot of fun.

It is more likely the other way around, they are the best reason to stay fit and... they train themselves, it is awesome to see their "gainz"

Couch press w 14kg kid 10 times each side, cause these kids are not very well balanced.

                              bouldering
A total of 40 medium boulders
After every ten I did a session of pull-ups
                              1st: 10 in sets of 2-3
                              2nd: 25 in pyramid (1 to 5 to 1) different grip styles
                              3rd: 3*2 archer/ 6 classic/ 2*2commando
                              In total: 50 pull-ups

                              finisher:
                              declined ring push-ups,
                              (wall)handstand,
                              Dumbbell "metronome" for forearms,
tried to curl 22,5kg (fail), did a one hand farmers carry instead and 2 reps of overhead presses each side.
                              Stretching

Notes: My lower back/glutes felt very weak today, could not really jump down, so I climbed down most of the boulders.
In the 4th set of boulders, I touched the mat and somehow my fingernail got lose, just about 2mm, but I can tell you it isn't a good feeling. It was ok after a few minutes and some chalk to stop the blood.
