Thx. They are using the rings to hang and swing, the little one (11month) used old playground rings for the first time these days (he wanted the regular rings, but his hands are way to small) and the big one (2 1/2 years) wants to hang on the bar orthe grips sometimes. He tried a ring pull up two days ago after, I did some on the bar.
The big one went already to the boulder and climbing gym with us, and he had a lot of fun.

tried to curl 22,5kg (fail), did a one hand farmers carry instead and 2 reps of overhead presses each side.

Notes: My lower back/glutes felt very weak today, could not really jump down, so I climbed down most of the boulders.
In the 4th set of boulders, I touched the mat and somehow my fingernail got lose, just about 2mm, but I can tell you it isn't a good feeling. It was ok after a few minutes and some chalk to stop the blood.
