                  I am in some procrastination mode regarding my next squat/pushup day. I have to think about, how I can combine [ConCave] with bike commute and bouldering cause both on the same day is quite intense.

                      Ok, I declare [ConCave] as done.

                      Why do I not finish?
                      I do not see, that I will have enough energy and time
                      to do these intense/ time consuming progressions
                      besides my regular schedule.
                      (family, work/bike commute, bouldering, TaiChi)

                      How was it?
                      The concept of progressive overload by volume
                      did its job, I see/feel muscle and strength gainz.
                      It was great to test my limits and the last days I did
                      were already pretty hard. I enjoyed the grunting” and
                      I will find a way to adapt the principle to weighted
                      exercises, so I can fit it into my schedule.

                      Pro:
                      Gainz are obvious
                      Simple and effective...
                      Contra:
                      Exhausting/ time consuming...
                      Can be boring...
                      --------------------------------------------------------
                      What has to be changed next time:
                      --- I would implement rest/yoga days, maybe every 3rd or 4th day.
                      Else your body will constantly be sore…

                      --- I don’t know, if I will/would combine push and squat again,
                      cause these are my most procrastinated exercises...

                      My final results for [ConCave]
                      Day 31 - squats 300 - pushups 200
                      Day 32 - abs 200 - pullup 80
                      Day 33 - bridge 150 - handstand 130

                      What’s next?
                      Rest of september will be focus on adapting
                      to regular schedule [bike commute].
                      I will do [TEN] and [Spellbound] as good
                      as possible and some strength maintaining
                      sessions in addition to [TaiChi] and [bouldering].

                                It was a summer break experiment and the goal was to learn out of it... I did...I planned 48days in case it would be easy, it wasn't, so I am perfectly fine with it.

                                As I see it, programs are part of the process, not finishing 'em is, too. But it feels kind of bad, cause we are raised to finish things, but hey, I did 33 training days of calisthenic progressions... there is nothing bad about it!

                                Handstand gets better and better, I can almost do 10 sec free. Still not brave enough to do it without the backup of a wall... still a long journey to enjoy...
