      They are not only fit, they get so many proud moments, too. We have a downhill part under the railway track and today the big one 4y, actually accelerated up to 25km/h, and had all the fun a speed junky can get in the world, at least his age...

                HellYeah I'd like to ask you about your pull up bar. I remember you were sending some photos in here but it was a long time ago. I can not find it anymore.
                How high did you fix it??

                I am going to get one very soon, I decided for a steel one , will be fixed on the wall, it has an option for a heavy bag hanging too ( 210 kg limit) , 66.5cm from the wall. I think it should be enough?? ( 27 mm thick bars, 120 cm long )
                Because of the heavy bag it will have to be high enough......πŸ€” hmm... I'd appreciate some advices.....

                    Miss_Dada I mentioned you in a pullup bar photo album, did it work? These days I simply use a 3cm wooden bar instead of the big one, cause doing workouts in the attic would be ridiculously hot...

                    I mounted my steel bar as high as I could with just enough space above it to pull high enough and hang below. It is just high enough for the heavy bag, but not really ... could and should be higher...

                    As I am tall I prefer space under the bar in any direction... but I guess almost 70cm should be good

                    My advice: you should be able to hang straight at the bar and you should be able to pull chest to bar without hitting your head...if that's not possible, you have to compromise...
                    if you have enough space hang it as high as you can comfortably jump onto...

                        Hmmmm...... I am not very clever from it. In my ,,Spaceship,, are ceilings very high ( I'm in Space so I have some space )...seriously I have an option about 350 cm high .... with arched top .

                          ​​​​​​3,50m is nice...I would say, place yourself in front of the wall on your toes, arms up high and touch the wall with your fingertips. Then add another 10-20cm. That should definitely be high enough for the heavy bag ,too.

                              But it's not easy to be a tall woman, especially if you like taller men ...I think smaller women have a lot of advantages, dresses are fitable, they are kind of ,more cute, ...many other things Height is something what we can not change, no need to worry or bother your mind about such a things πŸ™‚πŸ˜‡πŸ€

                                Miss_Dada Thanks for your words. I love the cats emoji that you use, which just make me think of petite as being cute right away.

                                I feel like being small means you do more workout. If both of us run a 5k I will need to run more steps. If we are to take a book off a shelf high up I will need to climb on a chair to reach it (step-ups!)
