            OK, I have a mild, but uncomfortable inflammation, so I went to the doc...
            I got the order to rest and some inflamation meds from him. I'll try to stay active...
            And take the chance to reduce kcal... a bit... not protein based, cause I need that for recovery...
            And I will go to bed earlier!... positive coping, y'know!?
