    Happy yoga (metal and non-metal) day

    For pulsing, say with the squat, I go to full squat then smoothly come halfway out before heading back to full. It's like you can't decide whether to do a squat hold or just do normal squats.

                                The gyms are going to open at 02.06,s here. So I will be able to climb soon. There will be a restricted number of members allowed and you have to book, for two hours only...
