      Does Xpress take a long time? I was thinking towards July doing Xpress Tone and 60 Days of Cardio together.

        CODawn I did not measure the time yet, but I guess it is about 20min rest times included, and it depends on the weights you use. I use 8,5kg dumbbells, which are the recommended weight for me, but I do pre-pump myself with a workout beforehand, to get my compound movements. It feels like a good finisher, but I can't do cardio afterwards, cause I am drained. And I do not want to do it before, yet. But that might be my only option.

              CODawn, I did XPress Tone every day with the first 30 days of 60Days of Cardio. I used 10lb dbs and (this was critical for time)limited the “to fatigue or failure” exercises to 10 reps, and did the program in my morning workout AFTER my elliptical (cardio) time each day. It took about 10 mins that way. I liked it and may do it again some time, differently or with more weight.

                Thanks! I may have to start out with lighter weights. We'll see. I have Foundation Light\Zero Hero and maybe some combat starting after completing Vitality\Baseline. Then it's 60 Days of Cardio\Xpress Town...so it will be interesting to see how much I have built up by then.

                  I did come a few time on your thread but I search in many posts (there is only a few here, hi hi hi ! ) and I didn't find your original post where you put "your Gaming Rule". I was wondering, could you please resume what your rule is about ?

                  I try to find some example to made my own, because most of the time i'm too much in the extreme : Or I don't play for weeks, and then someday I fall back in my old habits and i begin to play way too much for way too long.

                    Myrvina I am glad you like it....

                    My gaming rule is simple.... only after workouts, as I work out in the evening, the time is less then it could be. But in the last few days I stayed awake till 1 or 2... to finish "just one quest"...
                    I have to change that... it makes me tired, as my kids get up between 6 and 8...

                      sleep_twitch I did it, the EMP Yoga Class and:
                      The Music … was good… but, they did not find the volume
                      balance between the music and the voice of the instructor…
                      I couldn't really hear him...
                      The Yoga… it was basic stuff…perfect for me… but way too fast…
                      He did some fun metal moves… what was good for a laugh..
                      I'll have a look at the second part, to see if they improved...
