              A few words on the [Flexibility] challenge:
              It was the hardest, but most rewarding challenge
              I did so far. My side splits have progressed a few cm.
              The rewards I got were strong legs and even more
              important: knees. The stability and mobility you can build
              with side/ninja lunges and cosack squats is massive.
              I combined these three versions of exercises, cause it was
              less boring and more variable…
              But I had to go through some days of sore legs and hips,
              not too bad, but noticeably uncomfortable.
              Worth to be repeated...

                    A little 'to me too, in fact I always associate some stretching yoga position for the back at the end
