Pull-ups and handstand seems like the perfect add-on for Gravity. I will use pullups instead of or in addition to side-to-side backfists. Handstand approach will sray "a little bit every day".
For me Gravity looks harder, but I hate to failure exercises, so it might be a mental thing...
I just did Gravity, and I’m not a fan of “to failure,” either. So, I set the limit on the first time of those exercises to where I fatigued and my form would start to devolve. Then, each time the exercise came around again, like in 4 days, I would try to match or beat the prior time or reps by 5 secs or 1+ reps. It was a successful strategy to both build my strength, and my confidence.
Also, I was using bar work along with the program for pretty good progress, I think
Added congrats on Flexibility Week😎🥳

Sounds like a great strategy, I guess I will use it...

THX CODawnNancyTree Yeah, working out keeps me sane and structured in these chaotic times. I am glad I found the balance between pushing myself and cut myself slack. (did I use that expression the right way?). Feels good, except for the stretching soreness in my hips from all those side splits in combination with flex week...

I am thinking about starting "30DoGravity" back and forth, and I made a decision. First, I will finish my ongoing challenges and vitality, then I will start gravity. Otherwise it would be consuming too much time and energy.
