          I always end up thinking the same Silinde, it's really impressive! Must be that no gaming rule at work!

          Oh, I just noticed you create supersets out of different workouts/challenges HellYeah - that's a cool idea! How's the transition from the plank rotations to the push ups, you don't need some rest in between? I sort of figured they'd use at least partly the same muscle groups.

            Silinde Belerith I calculated the time and it is approximately 1h15 min effective workouts incl. warmup and stretching/yoga... yeah a lot, but I do it while watching netflix in the evening... but there is always time here and there to do 3 sets of handstands or pullups etc...

            Combining Vitality and challenges works fine either to pump or to rest muscle groups depends on the order...

                Belerith My Gaming rule is : no big screen games before I finished my workouts. Most of the time I don't finish early enough to be able to play before "bedtime" ... then it is "no gaming".

                              30 Days of Gravity is slightly easier but still not easy, if you want to avoid torturing shoulders w pullups snd handstand work at the same time.

                                Pull-ups and handstand seems like the perfect add-on for Gravity. I will use pullups instead of or in addition to side-to-side backfists. Handstand approach will sray "a little bit every day".
                                For me Gravity looks harder, but I hate to failure exercises, so it might be a mental thing...
