A new PR* is a good way to finish a program…
… it is a very good program. I am not in the mood
right now to write a review, but I am planning to do
one in a few days...
*not overall but I haven't done more since I do
pullups again
So what's next? Or not...
I postponed doing my Bodyweight/Ironborn for the
time the bouldergyms have reopened, until then, I
will go through Darebee programs I had a look at,
since I am here. Next in line is "Gravity", but it
starts with a leg day, so I do another push and
stretch day before I start...
