      Make thin, but wide Pancakes, use the whole egg, not beaten egg white, (although it would also work)...

      for the filling mix quark/mascarpone/cream as you like it with fruits of your choice...

      build a cake...

        I just saw, that I was wrong, there were only 6 pankaces... the recipe was for 10... already the reduced amount of sugar

        6 eggs
        200g flour
        400ml milk
        2 tablespoonful of sugar
        1 teaspoonful vanilla sugar
        of lemon cest
        1 bit salt
