I am sory for you. As someone with the same problems in constant intervals I have a list of recommendations or at least first aid which works quite well for me: keep your back warm, I use an infrared lamp. Do careful stretching to loosen the muscles. In my case most of the pain is because of tight muscles around my gluteus, so keeping them supple helps me - I sometimes use a foam roll. Walk around, for me it works better than sitting. As weird as it sounds but walkingt around makes your muscles more soft. A few years ago I found this video, the excercises help me a lot:

I wish you all the best, in any case: be careful! And get well soon!

Back pain is the worst! D: My only recommendation would have been the YWA session you already did, which helped me beat mine last year. Hope it's enough for you too! Get better soon!

HellYeah i'm sorry to hear that!! It happened to me not a long time ago, when doing to many reps of some planking positions on Core STRENGHT program , together with Workout Dark Elf = infinity circles reps many times . So what you wrote :
        The potential enemies are:
        side leg holds
        planks
I guess, these two. Unfortunately it can happen from time to time, although you are well trained . I reccomend to warm it up and take pain killers.
I worked out over the pain, was focusing on upper body more.
yes and stretching for the back is cool.
        I'm sending healing vibes🍀and this 🍺🍺🍻🍻😁👍

Sorry to hear about your back pain HellYeah . I like many above mentioned have lived with the frustration of back pain. I feel for you and hope you recover soon.

Hope your back is better soon. I have been very fortunate with my back in recent years. But before that I had issues--sometimes severe ones--for ~ 9 years. Back pain is no fun.

Positive vibes and energy for your lower back pain.

For me, sitting has been the worst. So I have been very careful not to sit for longer periods of time. I have remembered to move around while sitting and also to stretch the back. I have also during the day taken some periods of time where I have been lying on the floor stretching the back. And finally I have tried to be more active during the day than I normally would do. Me most of the time for the last 3 weeks - look at that nice stretch

Sorry about your back, HellYeah, I hope you feel better soon. I've heard that lower back pain is caused by Hansa Rostock!

Colin That is not in their power, even if they can cause a lot of problems...

Hope your back gets better soon, buddy.
Had a bit of an episode on over the weekend too.
Opted to do a back focused stretching session. And started doing Abs Of Steel challenge, due to the inclusion of back extensions.

Also, I tried to make sure that my sleeping position wasn't causing strain.
Fetal position seems to be a culprit for back pain, for me.

I find this position extraordinarily beneficial for the back, and it is also easy to hold for prolonged periods: Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Removing Pose) [5 min], I hope you are better soon

Thx folks, you are the best!

Most of your ideas are already in my self treatment repertoire, but it is always good to have some reminders...

I am pretty sure, that it was from tight hips and thighs, and 12min planks in total did their part, too...

I had the most relief, when I stretched my hamstring/glutes and my psoas....

I woke up this morning without any pain, it is still there when I do certain movements, but it's almost back to normal (pun intended)

Are you ready, I could not decide which song I should post of the great band called "Irie Révoltés".
So I post their "Good-Bye" Concert movie, haven't seen the complete movie, yet. But I went to the concert one yoer before in the same location (my home town) and it was great...

I also saw them playing from a truck in their early years...
