      Nice idea, I'll keep that in mind. I have these days from time to time. I assume a combination of lockdown, wrist soreness, and therefore rest in my daily program, which ends in frustration and a I feel bit exhausted from allergies and the daily tasks... as said, usually I work out in the evenings, I might have try to make a change here...

        Take your time. As Fremen said maybe go a bit slower to recharge your batteries and don't be too hard to yourself. Tell us if you became an early bird, I am thinking about it too ...

                        Again a big THX to the mighty Bees... I had all of your suggestions and congrats in my mind, while I was doing todays workouts and it helped a lot. I also went through old and new music, because of sleep_twitch idea of "7 songs in 7 days". There are lot more than 7songs to share.. so prepare yourself...
