              I will join you in this challenge too, WSMC27 . I have been taking far too long to get going in the mornings these days and running out of time to accomplish all that I want to get through in the day as a result. It's time to get back with the program!

                  I would like to join you, but my best time to workout is in the evenings. And these days, my problem is, that once the kids are in bed and i sit down or even when I take a rest between challenges and programs, I don't find the motivation to go on. So unfortunately an alarm is not helping here. I have to make a decision... to start, to go on.... or just to go to bed.

                                That is a live take from a concert I have been, it was the one with the best ahmosphere I have ever been to. Artists playing together no matter, if support or main act... Two great solo artists and a great backround singer and fiddler...
