      Summary
I am doing this early, cause I had a bit of a rough week, on the side of sleep, motivation, nutrition and motivation. I might do a week every 4 weeks or so. Might be wise...

      03.02. - 09.02.2020

      daily
      challenges +M +T +W +T +F
      --- [Upper body light challenge]
--- [1-min (full planchy) Plank challenge]
      the pushers +M +T +W +T +F
      --- week 6 (+catch-up) - 21 PushUps

      as daily as possible
      baseline +M -T -W -T +F
      yoga -M -T -W -T -F

      maybe 2 times
      commute -M -T -W T F

Monday - back and biceps - 100reps Workout by FitnessFAQ
Tuesday - abs - Front Lever Prep (mod)/YOGA
      Wednesday- Bouldering - handstand practice
Thursday - legs - Pistol Squat Prep
abs - gym ball core exercises
Friday - shoulders, chest and triceps - PushUpParty
Saturday - finger strength - half crimp and pinch
Sunday - back and biceps - 100reps Workout by FitnessFAQ

Again, I am quite OK with what I did instead of the planned workouts, but not with the behaviour around... like sleep, sweets...

... looking forward to the next week...

In some way I feel good, on the other hand I do not get myself back in the saddle. I guess I have to reset the focus.

I am formulating some similar "rules" about sweets (altho really I am trying to find some intuitive eating type balance, hard as that is coming from past diet and disorder) - my basic thought is "don't WASTE calories". Like, if I am going to eat a sweet it should be a really freaking good one, and there should be some celebratory or social reason for it.. not just a mediocre brownie eaten out of boredom/bc it was there.

Seems like a lot of us are on the same page with this.

Truly looking at WHY we are eating: for fuel? For stress? For boredom? For anxiety? I find once I have STOPPED to identified the REASON I am considering gobbling something down, I can usually drink a glass of water or fix some herbal tea to take the moments I need to regroup in my head. It’s a process. Obviously, I have not perfected it, but, it’s getting easier. An evolution of benefit!

I will focus on [Baseline] and [YWA] this week, I guess that will be enough for this week. Once I finished [Baseline] I will get back to the planned push-pull-abs-legs split.

Stay positive as it has been a part-time victory...

No sweets in the evening!!! It could have been worse...
(Somebody had a terrible and disappointing weekend and could have eaten nearly everything... guess who!?)

                        Who cares about some sweets...?

I kept that in mind, cause that is for real a bigger victory, than eating sweets during the day
