                It's not easy, and I won't say there was no sugary substitute here and there... like cake or jam or fruits... but it is a start.
                I realized, that I ate sweets when I was stressed or when I wasn't prepared to get hungry. Another two weeks and I may get a bit more strict on the rest of the "unhealthy" food, I managed to skip dessert in school, it was not that hard...

                                Oh, and you might remember my Ironborn bodyweight hybrid.... well, I put it on hold... to do my bodyweight "homework" and focus on some basics...working my way through the convict conditioning progressions... or maybe I will restart the Kavadlo Bros. "get strong" program... or a darebee strength program...
