I like her programs but she does get a bit chatty sometimes. I am working on repeat of Revolution but I will get Home next. Thanks for the heads up!

I do like her focus on the total being/spiritual (mind/body/emotion) aspect of yoga and her unusual approach to the integration of all types of moves into a daily practice. And it does give the impression you’re working with a friend on the mat. Which I DO like a LOT, CODawn. 🥳
