      --- there was some leftover cake for breakfast, what is ok on weekends for me… but eating it during the work week, especially in the morning, will lead to more cravings in the afternoon…
      --- Maybe I will progress to [No sweets, no cake] after 50 days or soo. I will see...

      I call [YWA: Revolution] as done, even as there is [Day 31 aka FREESTYLE] I have only done 3 days during the last days. The rest is way too long ago to remember enough sequences I could use. Next program: [YWA: Home] - here I come...

      Whole day of writing reports for school. Lots of tea and coffee, a few sports breaks made it easier…

      I found a nice pushup and a pullup workout from FitnessFAQ I try to do next week.
      Nothing fancy, just 100 reps in different forms and sets.

          It worked well for me with workout days, so I use it for sweets and sleep, too.

                      I’ve had a second thought about the YWA Home program, HellYeah. She’s way more chatty in this one than she’s been in previous programs. noname commented on this a few days ago, I think....but I’m already half way thru it and the actual work is good, so....

                        I like her programs but she does get a bit chatty sometimes. I am working on repeat of Revolution but I will get Home next. Thanks for the heads up!

                          I do like her focus on the total being/spiritual (mind/body/emotion) aspect of yoga and her unusual approach to the integration of all types of moves into a daily practice. And it does give the impression you’re working with a friend on the mat. Which I DO like a LOT, CODawn. 🥳
